RETURN RULES

1. Return and exchange of goods.

1.1. Return of goods takes place in accordance with 2001. June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items".

1.2. The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered shipment number must be provided to the Seller no later than within 24 hours. after dispatch.

1.3 The cost of returning quality or replaceable goods is paid by the buyer.

1.4. In order to return the product (s), the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. mail, adding a prominent color descriptive of the item and / or shipment to search.

1.5. The goods are returned to the consignor's address on the consignment.

1.6. The returned goods must be handled in the packaging, undamaged, unused, they are assembled by the Buyer himself, without losing the appearance of the goods. When returning the product, a paper (printed) document of its purchase (order, copy of the order) must be submitted.

1.7 When returning a good quality product, only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.

1.8. When returning the wrong product received, the Seller undertakes to replace the other product with the required product. If you do not have the required goods, the Buyer will be refunded all money (for the goods, and the actual shipping costs incurred).

1.9. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with an analogous product or return the money to the Buyer.

1.10. In order to return the defective product (s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. by post, attaching images of defective goods and / or parcels describing the causes.

1.11. The returned defective product must be handled in the packaging, undamaged, unused, without the same equipment as the Buyer received, without losing the appearance of the product. When returning the product, a paper (printed) document of its purchase must be submitted.

1.12. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set forth in clauses 1.4-1.5,1.9-1.10 of these Rules.

1.13. If the Buyer has paid a gift voucher for the item, the voucher will be refunded and an additional amount will be paid (if any).

1.14. If the Buyer returns the product purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the product with a valid discount is refunded.

1.15. Items that are customized or made to order due to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless they are of poor quality.

2. Final provisions.

2.1. This Law on Return of Goods is governed by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. Any disagreement arising from the enforcement of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
